Godrej Properties Ltd, the real
estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has entered into a development
agreement with Thane-based realty developer Vihang Group for a 15-acre land
parcel in Thane. The company will be developing a residential housing project
with a development potential of over 1 million sq. ft, Godrej Properties said
in a release. The land parcel is located off Ghodbunder Road in Thane. Godrej Vihang Thane - is the new
residential property project being launched by Godrej Properties Limited.
